Important informations
Persons up to their
35th birthday who are
staying abroad as an pupil
or student for a limited
periode of time can choose
these insurance cover. The
country in which the
person has permanent
resident is not the
foreign country.
For stays of pupils and
students in Germany the
insurance must be taken
out within 31 days of
arrival in Germany. For
pupils and students stays
abroad the insurance must
be taken out prior to
depature from home.
You can apply for an
extension of your
insurance cover, if the
extension does not exceed
the maximum insurance
period of 5 years. You
must ensure that the
insurance company has
agreed to the extension
prior to the expiy of the
originally agree insurance
period.
